Booking Deposit

A non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the invoice total is required to make the booking. Confirmation will be sent by e-mail after payment clearance.


Inclusive in rent is electricity, linen, towels and cleaning along with a welcome food and beverage pack and airport transfer plus Wi-Fi unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

Damage / Loss deposit

A damage/loss bond is due with the booking deposit. This is credited within 24hrs after departure subject to nil damage or loss of property and items managed by Blue Flamingo Goa Holiday Homes.

Balance Payment

Part of the remaining balance as per the invoice must be received via PayPal for Online weeks prior to departure with the balance payable immediately on arrival at the property in sterling prior to the handover of the key. No exceptions will be made to this so please ensure the cash is available to avoid any embarrassment.

Arrival and Departure

The property will be available from 2.00 pm on the day of your arrival. Please vacate the villa by 10.30am on the morning of your departure. Failure to vacate the accommodation as per the above will result in a daily rental charge unless prior arrangements have been made. Possible flexibility in these times can be confirmed 2 days prior to your arrival/departure date. Collection from and return to Goa Airport is included in the rental unless otherwise agreed at time of booking.

Visa Required

All foreign nationals, including children, require a visa to enter India. The only exceptions are nationals of Nepal and Bhutan who can enter India without a visa. (Note: Nepalese nationals need a visa if entering India from China). For further details please check out Please note when sending your photos please ensure you have checked and that they are the correct size. Standard passport photos are NOT accepted.

Residency Registration

It is a requirement of the Government of Goa that all holiday makers are registered on a C Form and guest register at the point of arrival. This will require a copy of your passport information along with home residency information. Refusal to give this information will result in the Termination of the Agreement.

Damage to Property

You are fully liable for any damage that may occur to the property or its contents and therefore are requested to inform the owner as soon as any such damage occurs. Reimbursement to the owner may be taken from the damage/loss bond made earlier. Should the damage or loss result in a cost higher than that of the deposit taken charges will be made at a local rate to compensate for the replacement. Legal action will be taken should no reimbursement be made willingly by the client. The value of the bond varies on each apartment and will be confirmed prior to booking.

Smoking Policy

As we have a strict non-smoking policy and a £50 charge will be deducted from your damage/loss bond should it be found that the cleaning of soft furnishing is required to remove smoke odour.


As per the rules of the resort and the legal requirements regarding hotel guests only the guests recognised and registered by Blue Flamingo Goa Holiday Homes may stay overnight in the accommodation. Failure to adhere to this will be considered a breach of agreement between Blue Flamingo Goa Holiday Homes and the registered guest as below re termination of agreement.

Termination of Agreement

Should any guest residing at the studio/1BHK engage in unreasonable behaviour, participate in the consuming of any drugs or be a nuisance to others or wilfully damages the property, the agreement to rent may be terminated immediately. In this instance rents paid will not be refunded.

Resort Bill Settlement

We kindly request you pay for food and drinks within the resort at the point of purchase. Should the occasion arise you have to sign for a bill please ensure all accounts are settled prior to departure.

Resort Changes

Please note whilst we attempt to inform you as soon as we are made aware of any changes within the resort facilities or maintenance being carried out we cannot be held responsible for inconvenience caused by the aforementioned along with the actions of other property owners.

Inability to travel

The travel bookings accepted by Blue Flamingo Goa Holiday Homesare subject to the applicable requirements of Visa which are to be obtained by the individual traveller. Blue Flamingo Goa Holiday Homes is not responsible for any issues, including inability to travel, arising out of such Visa requirements and is also not liable to refund for the untraveled bookings due to any such reason as sickness, accident, unemployment.

Blue Flamingo Goa does not accept liability for any injury, death, loss, inconvenience or damage, nor for any alteration, delay or cancellation of the booking as a result of war, threat of war, riot or civil strife, terrorist activity (threatened or actual), natural disaster, fire, sickness, weather conditions, action at an airport or port by any government or public authority, technical problems relating to transport and airport regulations caused by technical, mechanical or electrical breakdowns or with the holiday-maker’s accommodation or other circumstances as amounting to ‘force majeure’ or Acts of God or other similar events beyond Blue Flamingo Goa control.Blue Flamingo Goa is not responsible for any physical injuries caused to the holiday-makers during their stay at the property. It is, therefore, highly recommended that the customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to their trip. In the event of any problems, the holiday-maker undertakes to do his best to solve or minimize them in order to avoid the prejudice that may result.
