House Rules & Booking Terms and Conditions for the Domestic Guests

We request you to make an inquiry to us about the date’s available, total rental, extra charges payable if any etc. & send booking form before making any payment to us.

  • The Arrival time on the first day of reservation (Check-in) is 1300 hours and departure time on the last day of reservation (check-out) is 1100 hours. Any Check in/out between 9.00 pm to 7.00 am. will be charged additional for check IN and OUT separately. We don’t have any Reception. Our Apartment are self-check-in and are self-catering service.
  • The reservation of the Apartment will be confirmed for you by us upon receipt by us, an amount paid by you of at least 50% rental (without discount) or an amount as communicated to you. The balance rental and INR 2000/- for security deposit (interest free & refundable) is payable by you in cash/transfer as communicated to you or on in cash on arrival before check-in.
  • It is your responsibility to check the confirmation of the Apartment for accurate dates, amounts, details etc. and advise us of any inaccuracies or omissions immediately on receipt of confirmation.
  • If you cancel the reservation of the Apartment after its confirmation by us the amount paid by you for the confirmation of the Apartment to us will be forfeited by us i.e. will not be refunded to you.In any case if any amount is refunded to you will be net of any taxes/transfer/bank charges etc.
  • Any Damage noticed during your Check-in & Check-out & assessed by us will be compensated by you in cash after adjusting against the security deposit.
  • The reservation of the Apartment is for the purpose of your holiday homeapartment only.
  • Rates quoted are for the specific number of guests, nights /days and dates shown / confirmed by us. If you want to make any changes after the reservation of the Apartment confirmed by us then the rates are subject to change.
  • If you request the changes after the reservation of the Apartment is confirmed by us for you, it may be possible subject to availability of the Apartment & at our sole discretion. We cannot guarantee changes.
  • If you do not arrive on the first day of reservation it will be deemed to be cancellation of your reservation unless you intimate us your late arrival and, in that case, we are free to accept new booking / reservation.
  • You will be charged total amount of reservation of the Apartment confirmed by us irrespective of your day of check-in/out.
  • The Apartment will not be allowed to be occupied by persons other than those listed on the booking / reservation form.
  • Care should be taken while using swimming pool. It is your responsibility for the care and safety of yourself and the members of your family / group. We are not responsible in any case.
  • Pets, Smoking, Visitors is not allowed.
  • Any guest who cannot provide photo I.D. and / or address proof / Valid Visa / Passport will not be allowed to stay.
  • Do not engage in unacceptable behavior that causes a disturbance or nuisance to others which may cause termination of your reservation without any refund or compensation.
  • The daily housekeeping (Cleaning and Mopping of the floor) is not chargeable but as the Apartment is self-catering the guest is required to keep the kitchen & used utensils clean after every use for hygiene. Otherwise guest will be charged extra cleaning charges. If you want maid service it can be made available at a fixed time per day on payment of charges.
  • Use separate bins provided for dry & wet garbage in the Apartment, maid service is not available for this.
  • Hotel / Resort / Association rules & regulations will be applicable to you.
  • Any dispute regarding Booking / reservation / stay / payment etc. is subject to Goa (India) jurisdiction only.
  • Any other rules, regulations, conditions communicated to you.

Blue Flamingo Goa does not accept liability for any injury, death, loss, inconvenience or damage, nor for any alteration, delay or cancellation of the booking as a result of war, threat of war, riot or civil strife, terrorist activity (threatened or actual), natural disaster, fire, sickness, weather conditions, action at an airport or port by any government or public authority, technical problems relating to transport and airport regulations caused by technical, mechanical or electrical breakdowns or with the holiday-maker’s accommodation or other circumstances as amounting to ‘force majeure’ or Acts of God or other similar events beyond Blue Flamingo Goa control.Blue Flamingo Goa is not responsible for any physical injuries caused to the holiday-makers during their stay at the property. It is, therefore, highly recommended that the customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to their trip. In the event of any problems, the holiday-maker undertakes to do his best to solve or minimize them in order to avoid the prejudice that may result.
